After sending out what felt like a million resumes into a black hole, I knew there had to be a better way. I contacted recruiters only to be told that I needed experience to land my dream job as a Medical Science Liaison. Freshly out of my PhD, I had all of the other qualities to excel in this role, but just needed someone who would believe in me.
